OJSC “Kharkov Electrical engineering plant “Ukrelectromash” informed about significant increase of producing industrial electric motors from September of this year: HELZ ÀÈÐ 71 (height of axis 71 mm) and HELZ ÀÈÐ 63 (height of axis 63 mm).
According to Aleksandr Chkalov, Director General of OJSC “Kharkov Electrical engineering plant “Ukrelectromash”, HELZ will be ready to produce up to 10 thousand of similar electric motors per month after modernization and automation of production lines.
Batch production of electric motors HELZ ÀÈÐ 71 was begun in 2004 in the frameworks of mastering production electric motors (small heights).
HELZ produces range of modifications ÀÈÐ 71, in particular: single-phase, multi-speed, brake electric motors in different climatic modifications. Motors HELZ ÀÈÐ 71 are produced in aluminum plate, with steel cover, strengthened back of magnetic conductor that increases robustness of construction and promotes decrease of vibration and noise. Motors HELZ ÀÈÐ 71 Â4 obtained bronze medal in the competition “The best electric equipment-2006” (Moscow).
The electric motor HELZ ÀÈÐ is relatively new model for the enterprise: it is produced at HELZ since 2007. The motor has high operating reliability that is achieved due to application of enamel-conductor and insulator of thermal endurance class “F” under real usage of electric motors with class “B”. The motors, HELZ ÀÈÐ 63, unlike the similar electric motors 4ÀÌ63, 5À63 and ÀÄ63, have increased up to its 76% efficiency index. Electric motors ÀÈÐ 71 and ÀÈÐ 63 allow overloading up to 15%, without decreasing reliability of operation.
OJSC “Kharkov Electrical engineering plant “Ukrelectromash” (HELZ) is the biggest producer of induction motors and wide model range of electric pumps in Ukraine. The enterprise is founded in 1932 on the basis of mechanical plant “Oruzheinik”, in 1938 it was formed into independent legal entity – Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant. Since September of 2001 it is a part of the industrial group UPEC. It produces more than 5 thousand structural, electric, climate and assembly types of electric motors for all branches of industrial and agricultural complex, and also wide assortment of electric pumps. Production capacities of the plant are about 50 thousand electro technical products per month. In 2007, HELZ earned 4,2 mln UAH as net profit and net annual income was 66,4 mln UAH (against 65 mln UAH according to the results of 2006).
